Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care to individuals with various medical conditions, including pulmonary care, nephrology care, lung illness, kidney illness, heart illness, and more.
Monitor and manage ventilators, peritoneal dialysis, arrhythmias, cardiac drip, thoracic, neuroscience, and other medical equipment as required.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare professionals.
Document patient care activities in electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to develop and implement care plans for patients.
Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of practice Minimum of 1
